Kathy has had a long and varied career within the NHS with experience working in Education, Leadership, and clinical experience of Surgical, Medical, Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation wards. For the last 9 years Kathy has been the Clinical Lead Nurse at The Central England Rehabilitation Unit (CERU) a national centre of excellence. CERU is recognised as one of the top units in providing specialist rehabilitation and is one of the largest Level 1 accredited facilities available. A member of British Association of Neurological Nurses believing that a culture and environment that is open to change is the key to improving services.
